Access and hosting
OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure provides this website. Technical connection data, including IP address, access time, requested page and browser information, is processed for delivery and security. Essential security cookies may be set. Processing is not guaranteed to take place exclusively in Switzerland.
Contact form
We process your name, email address, optional company, enquiry type and message to respond and prepare a possible business relationship. Language and a random enquiry ID help route requests and prevent duplicate sends. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) sends the message to info@geoscan.one; your email is used as the reply address.
Recipients and international processing
The people handling your enquiry and providers for hosting, delivery and the receiving mailbox have access. OpenAI, Cloudflare and Resend process data internationally, including in the United States. Resend describes standard contractual clauses with Swiss adaptations for Swiss transfers. Provider information is linked below.
Retention and security
The website keeps no persistent database of form submissions and does not log message texts. The email service and receiving mailbox store and process the email. We retain enquiries as required for handling them, the business relationship or legal obligations. Providers keep technical logs under their retention rules. A short-term abuse guard processes IP addresses in memory. Transmission is encrypted.
Analytics and external links
No analytics or marketing trackers are integrated. Fonts and images are loaded locally through the website host. External websites open only when you select a link; their providers’ privacy notices then apply. The project film is also served by our website host. It starts silently when largely visible as you scroll and pauses outside the visible area. Manual pauses, reduced-motion and data-saving preferences are respected. No external video player is embedded.
Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, or request its restriction. Use the contact form or the controller’s postal address. You may also contact the FDPIC or another competent data protection authority.
